The property is divided into two different levels and has recently undergone a complete renovation with the sole goal of offering pure elegance and comfort. The result is stylish and harmonic, with natural materials and lightful colors blending delightfully.

Casa di Silvia features a total surface of 80 square meters in indoors and an outdoor area of about 30 square meters. The main door opens on a corridor giving access to a spacious open plan living & dining room characterized by beautiful, ancient cross vaults. A 10-step staircase leads to the mezzanine level, giving access to the bathroom and the beautiful, large terrace of the house. Again, the blue maiolica tiles return to decorate the bathroom while the night area can be reached through a stone stairway located by the living room. It offers three bedrooms sharing a large and comfortable bathroom in the corridor.

The master bedroom, beautifully illuminated and airy, also features a large wardrobe and an air conditioning/heating unit. It also offers a direct access to a terrace with direct view on the sea.

The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a north-facing window, and features a wardrobe and air conditioning/heating unit. Finally, in the third bedroom you will find a French bed, a wardrobe, a window facing the sea and, as per usual, the air conditioning system.
