Villa Agnese

Villa Agnese is a wonderful villa with pool for rent in Amalfi, which can accommodate up to 12 people +1, thanks to its 6 bedrooms and its 6 bathrooms. The property comprises a main house and a separate annex with 2 bedrooms (one double and the other with twin beds), each with ensuite bathroom with wall mounted shower.

The bedrooms of Villa Agnese, furnished in a modern and tasteful coastal fashion, open through French doors to the terraces, courtyards or balconies where one can escape to relax and enjoy the views or take in some sun.

Accommodation of Villa Agnese (250 sqm indoor, 550 sqm outdoor):

Entrance from the main road into the parking spot with space for 2/3 cars. From the parking, the main entrance of the villa leads to a small lounge area with door to the spacious  bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed convertible into a single bed . It has ensuite full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, TV, inbuilt wooden robe, old chest of draw and sliding iron shutters opening to the lovely balcony with blue printed tiles, sun loungers and sea view.

From the lounge area a stone staircase (20 steps) takes down to the spacious dining/sitting room with sofas for 12 and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with inbuilt seating, blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs and sea views.

The sitting room, with terracotta floors and attractive blue zodiacal signs shaped inserts, has been furnished in elegant coastal style with a beautiful and precious crystal table with marble basis, ample and comfortable  sofas and chairs, and French windows to the terrace.

On the left of the sitting room, a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite full bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace.

On the right of the sitting room there are:

• A fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and windows with sea views.
• Dining room with table seating up to 14 people. It has a door opening to the kitchen and another door opening directly to the terrace equipped with round ceramic table seating 14 people and barbecue.
• Fully equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker,  dishwasher and French window opening directly to the terrace.

Villa Agnese also has a dependence with 2 bedrooms with curved ceiling, one double with wrought iron bed head , the other with twin beds , both with TV, floor tiled with white and blue printed tiles, windows to back of house, blue French doors opening to the terrace. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace.

From this terrace you can go 19 steps up to the parking area or 15 steps down to the second level, (reachable also from the sitting room through a stair of 12 steps) covered by bougainvillea pergola, with outdoor furniture, dining table 12 seats, garden seats, inbuilt seatings and outside lightings.

Three steps down, guests can arrive to a further terrace with garden seats and rocking chairs surrounded by palms, green olive groves, pine trees and splendid views over the sea.

Further 40 steps down you can reach the third and lower level with comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces, swimming pool (8x4x1,50/2,20), 2 showers, covered dining area for alfresco meals with table and chairs for 12 and beautiful views over the sea below.

The access to Villa Agnese is through a remote-controlled gate situated on the road level and opening onto the parking area. Car suggested.
