Cypress Villa

Cypress Villa is the perfect accomodation for a luxury holiday, business meetings or a special honeymoon in Italy. The villa, reachable only by boat, is divided in four different buildings:

The main Villa
The lower floor of Cypress Villa presents a spacious kitchen with lake views, staff area and laundry room.

On the ground floor there is a luxurious entrance hall with yellow Siena Marble floors, a large living room (LCD TV, I pod docking) with working fireplace and parquet floor, sofas for 12-16 people. The dining room with fireplace can fit up to 24 people. There is also a guests bathroom.

On the first floor of this luxury villa there are the bedroom suites:
Master bedroom suite: king size bed, parquet floor, fireplace and four windows overlooking the lake. The en-suite bathroom includes two sinks, shower and separate bath. The luxury office includes an antique desk with fax machine. Guest suite: double bed, en-suite marble bathroom and terrace with lake views.
Mountain room: king size bed (can be 2 singles), writing desk, fireplace, en suite marble bathroom with double sinks, bath and separate shower.
Terrace: luxurious bedroom with double doors, marble bathroom (double sinks and lake view), fireplace and "cassettone" wood ceiling.

At last, on the second floor, you'll find a library room with seating for 8 people, wood floor, fireplace, large south-facing window and the Studio suite, that includes a king size bed (can be 2 singles) with en suite bathroom. There are also a living room/office area with LCD TV and I pod docking, and a single bedroom.

La casetta
Located adjacent to the main villa, La casetta contains a full home cinema and a gym fully equipped with TechnoGym equipment.
The house also includes a separate bathroom with shower and a small kitchen to service the gym, cinema and the pool.
