October 11, 2013

The beaches located between Maiori and Minori are not only the most beautiful of the Amalfi Coast, but they are also better suited for children, thanks to their long stretches of sand or pebbles. They are also very easy to reach, without endless stairways or steep trails.

Maiori has the longest beach on the Amalfi Coast, very popular with tourists for its crystal clear waters, the white sand and friendly services. It has numerous restaurants and establishments, which is why over the years it has become the favorite destination for families with children, who choose the Amalfi Coast for their holidays.

The beach of Minori, however, is about 250 meters long and is composed primarily of fine sand. It faces south and is exposed to the sun throughout the day. At the center there are three bathing, while the sides are free. The city is so beautiful that despite being around for a day at sea, it is worth making a brief stop in the historic center, made up of narrow streets and small squares, typical of seaside villages.

Even Erchie, fraction of Maiori, boasts one of the most beautiful beaches of the Amalfi Coast . The two hundred meters of sand are outlined on the sides by two Saracen towers, ancient outposts of sighting of the pirates. The village is UNESCO World Heritage, not only for its scenic beauty but also for its historical and artistic interest of some churches and ruins .

The beaches of Maiori and Minori will delight adults and children, thanks to their comfort, but above all their beauty. If you're going on holiday on the Amalfi Coast, go visit them!
