Modern, comfortable, elegant, Villa Araba is a luxurious residence, set in a Mediterranean garden, near one of Tuscany's most charming and famous towns: Volterra.

An elegant light-filled retreat with a cosy atmosphere, this villa consists of an original structure, which is then joined by two further structures of more modern construction, joined to the existing unit through transparent connectors in cor-ten steel and glass.

The design of Villa Araba mixes elements of classic Italian residential architecture with more contemporary touches: the interiors have an elegant style, with high quality washed wood planks, concrete and marble floors. Wooden beamed ceilings lend an airy feel to the interior spaces.

The property can accommodate up to 6 guests and is divided into:
- 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: one overlooking the garden and the other with direct access from the garden
- 1 further service bathroom with shower
- a large and bright dining room
- a fully equipped kitchen with living room
- laundry room

The house is also equipped with radiant floor heating and cooling, 50' Smart TV in the living room and a steel and glass dining table in the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all the best appliances: induction hobs, oven, microwave, electric wine cellar, a maxi fridge with freezer and ice machine, dishwasher.

The outside of the villa is equally luxurious, elegant and comfortable: a beautiful swimming pool and a Jacuzzi to relax and enjoy the nature surrounding the property and, again, a dining area, a fire-pit, BBQ (gas), a covered patio, a table tennis and table football.
