The staff-only central kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and accessories for a perfect Italian food experience: a central island with a six-gas burner, a grill, a large convection oven, a huge refrigerator and freezer, an espresso maker, an American coffee maker, a microwave, and a table with four seats for prepping.
