Appartamento Lea is a wonderful penthouse, which can be rented with Villa Livio itself in order to accommodate a total of ten people. It's the ideal location for an unforgettable vacation in Italy on the Amalfi Coast.

A separate entrance brings you up to several staircases across a common garden to the very extensive, private terrace with stunning views of the village of Positano and the sea and cliffs.

The terrace, extensively landscaped with lemon trees, potted flowers and other plants, has been furnished with a large dining table for 6 for dining al fresco under a thick and vibrant bougainvillea vine. A second table, round and commodious, is set under another pergola just off the living room. No doubt you will find yourself wandering out with a fresh cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Appartamento Lea is split over two levels:

• GARDEN LEVEL

Two sets of double glass doors lead to the good-sized living room, charmingly done with white cotton covered couches and coffee table set on a white tile floor. A large fireplace occupies one wall. Folding table opens for dining for four if the weather is not suitable on the terrace. The antiques include a particularly stunning armoire. TV with satellite.
Compact but new and fully equipped kitchen with white cupboards (4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher). Separate, walk-in pantry conceals fridge, freezer, washing machine and additional supplies.

Small, all white-tiled bathroom

• UPPER LEVEL

Two double rooms, both with king size beds which can separate into twins. Although small, they are nicely furnished and equipped with air conditioners. Each has an elegant dresser and small window overlooking the garden, with views of the Mediterranean Sea. A large walk-in closet is situated in the hall to be shared. Bright, all white-tiled bathroom with large window framing fabulous view.
