Villa Aria was built high up in town, in a very secluded area where space, comfort and privacy are absolutely guaranteed - together with mesmerizing and unique panoramic views of the villages and the sea.

The accommodation offers about 125 square meters of space spread across two different levels. The main entrance leads to a large and panoramic terrace equipped with a typical pergola and perfect for outdoor dinners for 6 to 10 guests. On the ground floor you will find three large rooms with direct access to the terrace, but also a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate dressing area; a wide and comfortably furnished living room with fireplace and a dining room with direct access to the fully furnished kitchen.

The kitchen features an access to a panoramic side terrace bordering the garden and suitable as an outdoor dining area for 8 people.

The internal staircase leads to the second floor, with a corridor giving access to two double bedrooms and a wide bathroom equipped with shower. The bedrooms offer large wardrobes and antique furniture, and a direct access with a beautiful balcony shaded by a pergola, and overlooking the sea.
