Slow Fish 2013: the good food is back in Genoa

April 5, 2013

Slow Fish 2013 is back in Genoa, where will be held in the large and beautiful open space of Porto Antico. This sixth edition, organized by Slow Food and the Liguria Region, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, will focus on the education of children and adults, with many exciting activities.

Thanks to a new formula that provides free admission, Slow Fish 2013 is fully accessible for both students and children accompanied by their parents and relatives, who wish to take part in educational activities. The event will be held in Genoa from 9 to 12 May 2013.

Learning to recognize fresh fish and then clean it and cook it, in addition to recovering waste for delicious preparations, are just some of the activities of this year. The Cooking school is the result of the experience of Master of Food, which share their passion through simple and popular lessons for years.

Although the entrance is free, to participate in the various events and appointments of Slow Food 2013 reservation is required, which will be needed by May 5, since places are limited. Do not miss it!
