On the ground floor there are also a master bedroom and a double one, together with a bathroom equipped with shower.
You can reach the first floor by an outdoor stair. In this area of the house there are a suite room and anothere bathroom with shower, in addition to a little kitchen corner useful to make breakfasts to enjoy on the veranda.
Outside the house there are two wide verandas that give guests the possibility to relax surrounded by the peace of this place, with a beautiful view over the swimming pool. Here there is a solarium area, surrounded by a luxuriant garden with typical plants of the Mediterranean marquis.
