Altes Haus

Altes Haus is an ancient, fascinating house built in 1550, then restored in 1969, and finally completely renovated in 2011.

This amazing accommodation in the beautiful Engandine area, in Switzerland, not far away from the famous ski trails of the country, is a true jewel that represents more than a mere house: Altes Haus is a timeless experience, from past to present, to the future.

Altes Haus is composed by a spacious living room with a charming fireplace and four individually designed double rooms. One of these, in particular, is an original pine-paneled room.

The house also boasts two single rooms and one bedroom with bulk beds, perfect for kids. The bathrooms in the apartment are three: two with a bathtub, and one with a shower. Guests will also have the chance to enjoy a completely equipped kitchen, a very convenient ski storage room and a garage for cars.

Wood and stone dominate Altes Haus, in all rooms: the result is a perfect mixture of different centuries, with the comfort guaranteed by mordern technology. The furniture of the house is especially peculiar, because it includes piece from the XVII century and design objects from the XX century.
