Villa Belsit

Villa Belsit was built in the early twentieth century. It has been renovated first in 1970 by the first owner's family, changing completely its shape. In 2002 the current owner bought the Villa. In 2008 the Villa has been renovated again with green and modern solutions, but maintaining its original splendor.

Its perfect position right on the Lake allows you to enjoy breathtaking views while relaxing poolside in the privacy of the extensive and beautifully maintained villa gardens.

Park: The villa is surrounded by 5000 square meters wide park, green spaces and sheltered spaces for your cars.

Pool: Opened from early-June to mid-September, the squared swimming pool, dimensioned of 7 x 15 mt, has a depth variable from 90 cm to 250 cm. It is completely equipped with camp bed, deckchair, chairs, tables and shower.

Gym: In the middle of the park you can find the dependance, opened all over the year, you will find tennis table, pinball table and fitness room, equipped with a tapis roulant, a cyclette, a punching ball and a weight machine.

The ground floor is composed by a wide living room, complete of big sofa in front of the chimney and television, and, if you want to entertain yourself with something different, behind the sofa you can find a big snooker. Next to the spacious kitchen, the wide dinner room is characterized by a large wooden table. From the dinner room and kitchen you can reach the balcony where you can look up the beautiful landscape comfortably sitted on chairs and tables you can find there.

On the first floor there is the spleeping area, composed by 3 master bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms which can be transformed in double rooms and, finally, 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower. From every room you can look up to the amazing overview, moreover 3 rooms have access to the big balcony.

The second floor is characterized by a wide apartment quite independent, composed by a master bedroom, single room which could be transformed in double bedroom, a bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower, a room equipped with a desk and a sofa bed, a living room and a kitchen. In the wide balcony, where you can sunbathe, you can find a table for your dinners with friends.

In the basement you can find, besides technical rooms, another master bedroom, two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one equipped with a bath-tub, a laundry room complete of washing-machine, a dryer, a clothesline, iron equipment and also the Wine Cellar, where you can find some local products to taste.
