Description
Villa Daniela is an entirely eco-friendly property. Leaning against the mountain rocks, that are visible from inside, the house through the large windows and facing south, one can enjoy 300 hours of sunshine in summer and benefit from the freshness of the mountain air. The house's sustainability concept ensures eco-friendly and local materials such as mountain stone on the exterior facade and energy-efficient appliances. There is also an organic garden in the villa.
On the ground floor, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with a comfortable sofa, a half bath, and a master bedroom equipped with a private bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
The villa can accommodate a total of 6 people.
Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the bedrooms.
Outside the villa is a magnificent saltwater swimming pool with counter-current swimming facilities. In the upper part of the garden, you will find a yoga platform under a pergola.
This villa is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Villa Daniela is located in Carate Urio, in the heart of the "golden mile" of Lake Como that stretches from Villa d'Este in Cernobbio to the town of Laglio. This area has perfect sun exposure and the most splendid and picturesque views of the lake.
Carate Urio is a lakeside town on the western shore of Lake Como, about 10 km from the center of Como. The entire town is located on a steep hill, so remember that you will have to walk up and down! The property is located in the upper part of the town. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to lakeside restaurants and the pier. Please note that the old streets are narrow, there are many stairs, and not everything is accessible by car.
