Villa Vistalago

Villa Vistalago has an area of 350 square meters arranged on different levels.

On the street level we find a large garage for two big cars from which, via stairs or elevator, you can reach the relaxation and spa floor and the living area of the villa.

On the ground floor of Villa Vistalago there is a cozy relaxation area with sauna, steam bath and a bathroom with shower. A comfortable living room with a sofa, TV and fireplace completes the area.

On the same level as the relaxation area there is also access to the beautiful, fully equipped garden with veranda, kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. Of particular interest is the kitchen equipment: oven, stove, refrigerated cellar, refrigerator, etc..

Completing the exterior a swimming pool with shower, sun beds and umbrellas and pedestrian access to the villa.

On the second floor of Villa Vistalago we find the living area with fully equipped open space kitchen, a living room with sofa, piano and TV and an access to a magnificent terrace with table with central grill for pleasant lake view dinners also complete with sofas for your relaxing moments.

Completing the floor: 2 double lake view bedrooms with en suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom with external bathroom ideal for staff, a stone wine cellar with a choice of wines, a service bathroom and a laundry room with dryer and washing machine.

To reach the second floor of Villa Vistalago, it is necessary to walk down internal stairs leading to three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Of the three double bedrooms two have lake views, the third garden view with direct access to the outside where there is a small balcony equipped with a rocking chair.

From the second floor it is also possible to access the solarium space equipped with chaise lounges and umbrellas.
