Stone Villa is a modern property for rent of exceptional quality, characterized by an enormous flow-through swimming pool with a very particular form. It is ideal for a week's holiday in Sardinia and can accommodate up to 14 people. The well-tended garden includes a terrace overlooking the sea, while the pool area is equipped with sun loungers, sofas and a bar area.
The property consists of a main house and two houses of the same quality, one of which is intended for service personnel. The main unit has three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom for children. In the Guest House, there are two double bedrooms with queen-size beds, and an extra bedroom located under the gym.
The main unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room of exceptional measures - 140 square meters - with a part of the pool that crosses the room, peering through the glass floor. The living room and dining room open onto the front of the pool and on a porch with teak flooring. Right next to it, you will find an outdoor kitchen with dining area and a professional kitchen extra.
Stone Villa is located just two minutes from the city center and just 10 km from the famous Prince beach (Spiaggia del Principe).
