The estate, perched on a higher cliff, offers plenty of alfresco patios to enjoy the stunning natural surroundings. Villa Beata offers nine double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Two additional living rooms, Pinturicchio and Donatello, can also be converted into bedrooms, increasing the capacity to twenty-two guests in eleven double bedrooms.
The Brunelleschi space is the heart of the villa, featuring a dining room with a table for twenty-two guests and a fully equipped kitchen with a six-gas burner stove, two dishwashers, three fridges with integrated freezers, two electric ovens, and an American coffee machine. The living room features a comfortable sofa area and a library, while the media room features a 55" smart TV screen and a portable Bose audio system.
Raffaello offers a cozy kitchen with a five-gas burner stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with an integrated freezer, an electric oven and an American coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 28" smart TV screen.
Pinturicchio features a kitchenette with a two-gas burner stove, a small dishwasher, a small fridge, and an American coffee machine. On request, the sitting room can be converted into a double bed with a bathroom ensuite.

There are also two shaded terraces with two sun beds each at Pinturicchio and Donatello, perfect for lounging in the sun. Two portable wood BBQs, a wood pizza oven, and a boules court are also available for guests. Parking space is provided for your convenience.
