Description
Villa Evan is a simple XVI-century building surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods nearby the old city of Arezzo, and its Duomo, in a tranquil location on the south-west side of Tuscany. This luxury villa can accommodate about 18 guests, making it suitable for a vacation for some families with many children.
The decor and exterior of this property are simple enough, so guests staying there with their children shouldn’t worry too much about possible furniture damage by the kids; the swimming pool is protected and makes this villa completely kids friendly.
Villa Evan is a large country cottage that has retained its original architectural structure: simple and rational, with vast living areas and bedrooms; the bathrooms have been completely restored. Those who prefer the rustic style of decor and would like to turn a little bit back in time will love this property. This villa is delightful from May to October because it is located in a hilly area, allowing guests to feel comfortable without excessive heat.

Location
POSITION
Arezzo
Villa Evan is situated near Arezzo, close to Chitignano with its sulphurous waters and the spas of Calcedonia and Bagni di Cetica. Arezzo is a wonderful Italian city set in Tuscany on a steep hill rising from the floodplain of the River Arno. In the upper part of the town are the cathedral, the town hall and the Medici Fortress (Fortezza Medicea), from which the main streets branch off towards the lower part as far as the gates. The upper part of Arezzo maintains its medieval appearance despite the addition of later structures.
This area is renowned for its great climate, culture and traditions, and offers some between the best wines and views of the entire Region. The people who likes sport have a very nice opportunity visiting Golf Courses in Fronzola (25 minutes by car) and Tennis Courses “Junior Tennis” very close to the villa (2 minutes by car).
The closest airport is in Florence (about 1 hour by car), however nearby there is also a private airport called Areo Club Luciano Centini (about ten minutes of drive from Villa Evan) for small airplanes.
