With over 400 years of history, Villa Renaissance is located on the Florence hill with its amazing gardens. THE VILLA
The estate has fully equipped kitchen and four beautiful living areas. There are nine luxurious double bedroom with private bathrooms. This villa is spacious and has also three dining rooms and a magnificent library. In all the rooms of the property you can find Wi Fi and heating/air condition all year.
In the living room and dining room there are decorated ceiling with wooden element and terracotta’s floor: It seems to be in an ancient noble castle! Carpets and curtains are in all the rooms to get the atmosphere warmer.
The bedrooms are decorated with light nuances of blue or totally in white. Their bathrooms have all the comforts and are gorgeous with colored marble, peach or light blue.
THE COTTAGES
Villa Renaissance has also three cottages: Gioconda Cottage, Venus Cottage and David Cottage.
Gioconda Cottage and Venus Cottage are perfect for 6 people. Each cottage has three double bedrooms with their private bathrooms to guarantee the privacy. There is also an amazing living area to relax and a equipped kitchen for tasty dishes.
David Cottage is for 8 people with four double bedrooms, all with their private bathrooms, a living area and a equipped kitchen.
Terracotta, stone and wood are melted with harmony.
Outdoor
Villa Renaissance has a rare garden you can’t forget! Its structure is designed to find a new dimension of beauty. Calm and tranquility are the main emotion you feel walking into this garden. The panoramic terrace is in front the stunning garden.
There are an heated main pool and a little one for children. You can also do fitness in a specific area with Technogym equipment.
The villa offers a special solution for you: a private and exclusive helipad.
