The interior of the property is divided into two spacious levels, characterized by Portuguese pink marble and wooden floors, respectively. The first floor includes a spacious open-plan kitchen adorned with surfaces made of black Brazilian granite, two large living rooms, and a veranda that offers a picturesque setting for breakfast or lunch. The second floor houses four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony.
The property's courtyard is partly a green garden with various trees such as lemons, grapefruits, bananas, and palms. The pool area with its sun loungers is located in the center, while the outdoor bar and barbecue are under a curved umbrella. A dedicated parking area is separated by green hedges.
Pool and hot tub
The pool, open from April 1st to October 30th, measures 9 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 0.60 meters to 1.60 meters and includes hydro-massage jets. The actual hot tub is located on the roof and measures 2 x 2 meters, with a depth of 0.85 meters, designed for 4 people. It is equipped with an electric cover, and the water is treated with a chlorine system. Accessible through the balcony of a bedroom, it is always open.
