The origins of this estate are linked to the silk tradition of Como, famous and leader all over the world for this production. The oldest parts of the property were built between 1847 and 1860, then the silk fabric factury produced until 1932 and is now a beautiful villa open to all guests looking for luxury and comfort on the lake. The villa includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a sitting room and a dining room, a tv room and a open space room. Please note that in the house there are steps.

Every room of this exclusive house once had a particular purpose. Now these spaces keep their original structures, even though renovated in order to welcome guests from all over the world.
