Villa Bellevue

Located on the lakefront of Oliveto Lario, just a few minutes from Bellagio, Villa Bellevue is a luxurious property, divided into 4 floors and an exterior with a beautiful garden, a dining area with views of Lake Como and, above all, direct access to the lake with a private dock where you can moor your boat.

The interiors are furnished in a simple but modern way and equipped with all the comforts, such as wi-fi and satellite TV.
The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, each of which has specific characteristics:

• Bedroom 1: double bed with an amazing lake view and a private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 and 3: double bed with lake view communicating with a twin bedroom, perfect for a family. You can separate the two rooms by closing the two doors for more privacy. Both rooms are located on the 2nd floor.
• Room 4: 2 single beds with private bathroom. In this room, you can add a cot or an extra bed and is located on the 2nd floor.
• Bedroom 5: Double bedroom with private bathroom. It is located on the top floor of the villa. Next to this room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people; open it and it becomes a comfortable double bed.

There is also an attic room with wooden decorations. The kitchen lends itself to a quick breakfast and a living area with a TV. From the window, you can see a fantastic view of Lake Como and the river next to the Villa.

Going down to the ground floor instead, we find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare a perfect dinner or a wonderful breakfast.
a living room where you can relax thanks to the TV and the sofa. There are also 2 small terraces with an incredible view of the lake.
