Villa Garden

The luxurious Villa Garden is located in the "Pearl of the Lake": Bellagio, a famous town on the shores of Lake Como. Villa Garden gets its name from the beautiful Italian garden that surrounds it, where you can find secular trees: the villa is the perfect place to spend your holidays in complete relax and in full respect of your privacy. Thanks to the direct access to the beach, guests can enjoy the lake by motorboat, canoe or windsurf.

The property is located directly on the shores of Lake Como, it has a private beach and a large private port where you can dock with your boat. As for the composition, the property includes two units: a main villa and a small villa with breathtaking views of the lake.

Mansion

The main villa is the oldest and most impressive part of Villa Garden. It is a structure built by the will of a Swiss aristocratic family at the beginning of the 20th century and designed by a famous architect; it has been recently renovated and equipped with a home automation system with which the video surveillance system and the audio-video structures are controlled. In this way guests can enjoy the technological joys without giving up the ancient charm of the villa.

The ground floor of the main villa of Villa Garden has a living and sleeping area, from which you can enjoy an excellent view of the lake. The living area is characterized by a large living room and has access to a terrace directly on Lake Como, equipped with a Tuscan marble table.The sleeping area has two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a comfortable balcony designed to overlook Lake Como.

The lower ground floor has four bedrooms and a tavern equipped with a fireplace, wooden tables and a wine cellar.

In the main villa there are 3 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single bedrooms and two single rooms.

Depandance

The structure is characterized by modern architecture and design: built in 2011 by an Italian architect, it is the perfect union between the elegance of the manor house and the modern style with glass balconies and floor windows.

The smaller structure of Villa Garden has two rooms: living area and sleeping area (located on the upper floor). The living area consists of a large open space with a comfortable sofa and a domotic kitchen equipped with modern appliances and furnished with utensils of the best Italian brands (Flexform, Poliform, Cassina...). The small villa of Villa Garden also has a large terrace with marble floor overlooking Lake Como; the terrace is furnished with designer table and chairs and from it you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire branch of the lake.

On the upper floor of the villa are located the luxurious master bedrooms: guests will be breathless in front of the huge window that seems to overlook the water. All rooms also have a wonderful view of the pier and the harbour, which can be seen from their long balcony.

The lower floor of the villa inside Villa Garden has a relaxation area with sofas and services designed for the well-being of guests: a fully equipped gym overlooking the garden, a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi, a laundry room and a barbecue area ideal for summer evenings.
