Villa Michelle is a luxurious and exclusive Villa sited in Menaggio, a beautiful town on Lake Como, with stunning views over the lake and the surrounding countryside.
The Villa offers the ultimate in quality comfort and privacy. It is in fact a private location, gated, with fully secured systems in place. The property is surrounded by paths cross a fully planted garden with some flowers in blooming all year long.
It is 500m2 and it has got 5 double bed, a 2 bed Guest house of 120m2, on a land of about 5000m2. The main Villa is equipped with professional kitchen, living & dining room with lift from ground to lower floor: here there are a cinema room, a fully functional bar, a wine cellar, garage and utilities rooms.
With its South facing aspect it has daylong sun on the extensive patios, especially around the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a pool house with its own massage & fitness rooms, steam bath, sauna, bathrooms, separate showers, circular video-play room and a fully integrated kitchen.

The main villa has got an impressive marble floored entrance hall and full height atrium, leading to the spacious and comfortably furnished living room, with an open fire as focal point in the winter. On the right of the entrance there is a fully equipped large kitchen connected to the magnificent dining room, furnished with a unique table built by one of the most famous boat builders on Lake Como. To the left of the entrance there are three beautifully furnished double bedrooms sharing a massive bathroom with sunken bath, shower and double basins. Each bedroom has got its own access to a wide terrace.
The first floor has got a large and panoramic Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with wall mounted shower and access to a private big terrace. The other double bedroom has got his own bathroom too, with sunked bath/separate shower and private balcony, next to a bright office room with a stunning stainless desk and a toilet.
The lower ground floor is reached by an hydraulic lift giving access to the wine cellar, the cinema room and a tavern/bar. The laundry room, a technical room, a toilet and access to the garage are also from this level of the house.
In the Villa there are fire, smoke and gas detectors. Air conditioning is placed in the 5 bedrooms and in the office. There is also an audio and video system, videophones and 3 recording external cameras.

The infinity pool and the Jacuzzi have got their own building, with a relaxing living area, a kitchen, a sauna, a steam bath, a fitness room, showers and toilets, allowing all day outdoor living. The enormous patio has got a wisteria-covered pergola with a table that can host easily 20 people and a professional BBQ.
The dependence is about 50 meters from the main villa: its peculiarity is that it is built with the stones reclaimed from the rustic, which sat on the site of the new villa. It has got a spacious living area with massive open fireplace leading to a large fully fitted kitchen, a toilet and a little laundry room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms sharing a central bathroom, furnished with sunken bath and shower.
The garage can accommodate a car, but there is space for three cars near the two driveways. Just outside the property there is another private parking for 3/4 cars too.
