First floor: two suites with Lake Como view and private bathroom with Jacuzzi, double bedroom.
Upper floor: large veranda with lake views, eight ball table, children's play area, two bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
Top floor: three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
Dépendance of Villa Preziosa: (20m from the Villa): double bedroom, bathroom.
Wine cellar: (on the back of the villa): stone construction, vaulted ceiling.

Villa Preziosa is the perfect accomodation for luxury holidays on the western shore of Lake Como. It's a great location for rent for business meetings and weekend in Italy, too.
The nineteenth-century residence has been restored in 2004. The interiors are highly prestigious, such as the mosaic floor, the wooden staircase, the beautiful frescoes, the old furniture, the statues and paintings dating from the 19th century .
The luxury Villa Preziosa is surrounded by a beautiful park comprising a tennis court (about 13,000 sqm) and a heated swimming pool (10x6m) with sunbeds, two tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, toys for children, shower and dressing room.
Villa Preziosa also includes a dependance and a cellar with a wide selection of fine wines.
The villa is also equipped with a secure outdoor parking and a private dock for motorboats up to 15/20m in length.
