This Italian luxury villa is divided into three levels:
Ground floor: living room, veranda, spacious terrace with pool, kitchen, cloakroom, laundry room and bathroom.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 dressing rooms, 1 single room with bathroom and dressing room, lounge and terrace.
Second floor: 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 4 double wardrobes and a spacious veranda overlooking the rear garden, very fresh and warm in summer. It is a relaxing area and a welcoming and safe space for children.
Villa Silva is not directly accessible by car. Guests should park just 500 meters from the property and pass through a short and beautiful road to the entrance. Upon check-in and check-out, there will be luggage service.

The town, reachable by car and by boat, is an old urban area extending from the lake to the nice historical centre with a stunning church, fountains, chapels and a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Como.
