Villa Luce

Located on the beautiful Sicilian island of Favignana, VILLA "LUCE" is a beautifully designed house that combines the ancient and the contemporary. A structure made of sandstone, a typical rock of the Sicilian coast, resin floors, quality washed wood planks blend with modern furniture and all the luxury comforts, immersed in a unique natural oasis.

The villa consists of two main buildings on one level, connected by a central outdoor patio and can accommodate up to 6 people. In the first building, there is a living room with flat screen TV, a kitchenette with a dining area, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom next to it and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

In the second building there is a living room with dining table for 4 people and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed available for 2 extra guests (bed size 160cmx195cm) and finally a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The central outdoor patio that connects the two buildings is equipped with a table for 8 people.

Finally, on the roof, we have a beautiful terrace with an incredible sea view.

The 3 bedrooms are structured as follows:
DOUBLE QUEEN ROOM N1: suite located in the second building, with modern furniture with access from the outdoor patio. The room is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, a washing machine and a small safe. The private bathroom of the room has both a large shower and a bathtub.
DOUBLE QUEEN ROOM N2: located in the first building, this suite also has a double bed and access to the outdoor patio. Very bright thanks to the French windows overlooking the garden, this room is equipped with a small safe and a private bathroom with shower.
DOUBLE ROOM: the smallest of the rooms, located in the first building, is equipped with twin beds, air conditioning and a small safe, it has a private bathroom with shower located next to the room itself.

The exterior of the estate has a beautiful Mediterranean garden that offers a quiet area that can be used for fitness such as yoga, Pilates or TRX sessions. There is also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a covered patio with barbecue.
In addition to the covered patio, parking and barbecue area, the property is the only one in the area with a private helicopter space.

Well hidden, but conveniently located for reaching the centre of town and the island's main places of interest, Villa "luce" is a luxurious and beautiful location for a stay immersed in nature, quiet, without sacrificing luxury and worldly life.
