The villa, capable of accommodating up to 10 guests, includes 4 double bedrooms in the main building and an additional bedroom in the annex. Each room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy, as well as the convenience of having an additional service bathroom available.

Reflecting a neoclassical style, Tenuta della Luce boasts interiors with modern floors and authentic tufo stone walls. Vaulted ceilings add a rustic touch, creating an airy atmosphere. Local architecture is celebrated through classic elements such as exposed stones, while contemporary touches emerge from large windows that span from floor to ceiling.

Built with traditional materials of the area, including tuff stone, lime, and wood, the estate is a perfect balance of comfort and elegance, blending traditional and modern elements to create a refined and welcoming atmosphere.

The property boasts a vast and magnificent estate of 15,000 square meters, but part of this splendid outdoor area is dedicated to an exclusive 250 m² outdoor living area, a patio enriched with a comfortable sofa, a table to accommodate up to 14 people, and a perfectly equipped kitchen that makes the location ideal for convivial dinners or open-air cooking classes.
