Villa Natura

Villa Natura is a luxurious property located in Tremezzina on Lake Como, surrounded by greenery and the beauty of the Lombardy mountains. The property stretches over 10 thousand square metres, surrounded by a garden and breathtaking views of the lake, and also includes a tennis court, volleyball court and football pitch.

The main villa was built in 1901 by an American admiral, completely renovated in 2005 and refurbished in 2019. It stands on 4 floors, connected by a convenient internal lift and can accommodate up to 18 guests. In all areas there is wifi and heating (or air conditioning).

On the ground floor there is a relaxation and fitness area with an indoor heated swimming pool, which overlooks the garden, where there is a second swimming pool (available from spring 2024) as well as a fully equipped gym with its own bathroom and changing room. On the same floor there is a very large kitchen, fully equipped with the best appliances, two dining rooms and a games room.

Going up to the first floor we find the dining room, a study, a living room with library and the beautiful living room furnished in a modern but simple style with access to the huge terrace (250qm) with panoramic view where guests can enjoy beautiful sunny days.

On the second floor there is a suite with double bedroom and private bathroom, private terrace with lake view, 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, another twin bedroom with private bathroom.

On the third floor there is a master suite (with round king size bed) with three windows and a double balcony, a large walk-in wardrobe and dressing room. A white Carrara marble bathroom further enhances the ambience. In addition, there is a double bedroom and another spacious bathroom.

Finally, on the attic floor, there is a living room with terrace, a double bedroom, a double room with study and private bathroom.

Outside, there is a beautiful park with numerous plants, a relaxing area and a small pool house.
