The villa is spread over two levels and is situated on a gentle hill, offering a charming view of the islands of Levanzo and Marettimo, as well as the famous Cala Rotonda beach. Six bedrooms, each furnished in a minimalist and elegant style, can accommodate up to 12 adults and a baby. The property includes spacious indoor and outdoor areas, all carefully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay in Sicily.

The 300 square meter interiors are a tribute to contemporary design and minimalism, with a predominance of marine colors, stone, marble, and modern tiled floors. The exterior walls add a contemporary touch, while the interiors stand out for their clean lines and refined furnishings. The villa includes a large living room, a dining room with sea views and entirely glazed walls, and two fully equipped kitchens.

The furnishings are completed with two perfectly functional kitchens. A small designer kitchen faces the sea-view windows and features modern appliances with an electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and American and espresso coffee machines. It includes all professional cooking tools, including pots and professional pans. The kitchen has direct access to the outdoor terraces and is suitable for aperitifs or a more intimate breakfast, while for more elaborate dinners, the second and larger kitchen located in the basement can be used.

This second kitchen, also very well equipped, has a table for eight people with direct access to the outdoor patio.

The villa is child-friendly: the entire outdoor area is indeed protected with a stone fence and a metal gate before arriving at the rocky shore, at the cove. Regarding "cala": this is the Italian word used to describe a rocky beach nestled on the coast that protects a portion of the sea. The effect is to create an environment similar to a natural pool with crystal clear water and gentle waves.
